Trip To Mussoorie
The school organized a three day and two night trip to Mussoorie beginning from 22/9/22 to 26/9/22. In total, about 97 children from Classes IX - XII were accompanied by six teachers from the school. The organisors of the trip were the ‘Rocksport’ society who ensured the stay of the entire team along with the different activities conducted by them. The activities included:
1) The anti-streaming sport
2) The Zip line activity
3) Crossing of the Burma bridge
4) Making of the raft
5) The swimming pool rafting activity
6) Hill tracking
7) Treasure Hunts
Besides, many other life-saving activities like the making of a stretcher, giving first aid training and lots of exercises and slogans were taught to the children. The cuisine was all Indian and care was taken to serve the children with lots of fresh and energising drinks, and other healthy eatables. Children were promoted to participate and win.
Different groups performed all these activities at different time intervals. There was the DJ night also where children danced and enjoyed music. Overall, it was very happening trip and lot of learning took place while we gathered some good memories also.
